refused to pay.
Brought back budget and research job studies in 2017.
Saved paid lunches for most Police Secretaries in 2017.
Increased Membership by over 400 members from 2015 to 2018.
Started free college benefit program for union members.
Two step increase in pay for Sky Harbor Communications in 2018.
One step increase in pay for Fire 911 Dispatchers in 2018.
Two step increase in pay for Detention Officers in 2018.
Got bullet-proof vests for Police Assistants and Transit in 2018.
Got 3 years back wages for Municipal Guards at Water Treatment Plant-2019
Water Customer Service Dept was denied lunches because they were paid lunches.
The union changed policy and changed the MOU to protect this.-2019
Started a volunteer pilot program for flex-time to help employees with scheduling
Made FMLA and sick leave improvements to extend to more families and situations.
Developed sick leave bank for those employees in need starting in 2019.
Established first civilian honor guard in the city of Phoenix.
Got uniform allowance for Fire Prevention Specialists in Planning and Development
and winter jackets for Water Transit employees in 2019.
Established job interview and resume classes at union for members.
